Welcome to the VWD-CMS Online Demo Site!

There are several ways to start using the demo site:

1) Go directly to the VWD-CMS Admin Screen

The VWD-CMS Admin Screen is the heart of VWD-CMS and it is where you will build and manage all of your ASP.NET web pages. The Admin Screen is like having a light-weight version of Visual Studio online!

2) Go to the VWD-CMS Main Menu

The VWD-CMS Main Menu provides links to all of the tools that come with VWD-CMS. The tools include Website Backup & Restore, ASP.NET Membership Management, Forum Management, Site Map Utilities, and more. Unfortunately many of these tools are disabled in the online demo, but you can download VWD-CMS and try them out on your PC.

3) "Edit from Page" Links

As you move your mouse around this page your will see areas of the page with a light green or light yellow background. If you click on the green or yellow areas, you will immediately launch the VWD-CMS Admin Page and start editing the content. PageContent files are green and Reusable Content Blocks are yellow. The "Edit from Page" links make it super simple to find the content that you want to edit and you don't have to waste time navigating through folders and loads of content files.

Don't worry, the site only looks this way when you are logged in as an Administrator of the CMS site.
